Our Founder
Morning Sprout Consulting is founded by Shweta Thakur Nanda, who has over two decades of work-experience with top media brands like Times of India, PTI, The Week among others. She is a recipient of multiple awards including the coveted Ramnath Goenka Award for Excellence in Journalism.
Along with her team, she works with brands, leaders and organisations in various capacities including designing branding strategy, CXO positioning, GTM strategy related to integrated marketing communication and institutional training.
She is a committee member of the IEC Knowledge Forum at Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM), Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), Government of India. A mentor with Atal Incubation Centre at Birla Institute of Management Technology, and the Startup Liftoff Program at Wadhwani Foundation, Ms Shweta is an expert and thought leader in her domain.
She is a regular invitee at various colleges, universities and business schools to design courses, deliver talks and conduct capacity building and institutional training workshops. She is a regular invitee to various conferences.
She is a votary of sustainable lifestyle, and believes ‘RRR’ is crucial for both ecology and economy. She believes climate change has reached our backyard and is impacting every aspect of our lives. In her free time, Shweta keeps writing on sustainability and environmental issues, and its cross connection with our daily lives.
After her graduation from Lucknow University, Ms Shweta studied from IIMC in New Delhi, Mudra Institute of Communication Ahmedabad (MICA) and has completed her startup entrepreneurship foundation program from IIM-B NSRCEL. She is a certificate holder of various technical skills in her areas of specialisation and believes lifelong learning is key to flourish in an evolving and demanding workspace dynamics.
